Happy March! šŸ˜Š A little ā€œhousekeepingā€ to start us off today, and then what I think is a fascinating read on protein, and what I hope is a strong motivator for all of you to be SURE youā€™re getting adequate protein in your daily nutrition.

A few of you have reached out wanting to refer someone to me and the first question is: ā€œGiven school, are you still taking clients?ā€ YES, I am!

As you all know, I typically work with clients in 3-month blocks. I am still taking 1-2 clients per month in this capacity and as an alternative option, I am working more with clients in one-off 1on1 sessions at my hourly rate of $250.

I currently have space to take on 1 new client in my 3-month program and always available for one-off sessions – if anyone is looking/interested/wants to refer.

The article is clear and presents the science in a more easily understood format than reading the actual research – so I will let you spend time with the article and follow that with reflecting on your protein intake šŸ˜‰ Shockingly, I donā€™t have more to add or any caveats to offer.
