Ingredients for Slaw (Full Prep):
 1 head Green Cabbage, chopped
 1 head Purple Cabbage, chopped
 2 large Carrots, peeled and grated
 ½ bunch Cilantro, leaves removed and chopped
 1 bunch green onion (green and white parts) or chives, chopped
Ingredients for Slaw (Pre-Prepared Cabbage):
 2 bags/containers pre-chopped Coleslaw mix
 ½ bunch Cilantro, leaves removed and chopped
 1 bunch green onion (green and white parts) or chives, chopped
Dressing Ingredients:
 ¾ cup Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
 1 tbsp Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar
 zest and juice of 1 Lime
 ½ tbsp Raw/Local Honey
 ½ tsp Celery Salt
 ½ tsp Sea Salt
  tsp Black Pepper
  tsp Cayenne Pepper

Combine the slaw ingredients in a large bowl.

Combine all of the dressing ingredients in a medium sized bowl and whisk until smooth and creamy.

Pour dressing over the slaw, toss well to combine.

This is best if it is refrigerated for at least 30 minutes, up to overnight, prior to serving!
